We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 1. Exchange Policy
We do not support exchanges.
Customers must carefully review and confirm all order details (size, design, quantity, and shipping address) before placing an order. Once the order is placed, we are unable to offer exchanges for any reason.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placement.
After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

3. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date.
After 30 days, the order is considered accepted and no refunds will be issued.
4. Eligible Return & Refund Cases
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- You ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or no longer want the product
- The product arrives:
- Damaged, broken, or defective
- Incorrect (wrong design, size, or item)
- Different from the product description
- Made from incorrect material
5. Return Conditions
Returned items must meet all conditions below:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Not modified or altered
- No damage caused by the customer
- All original tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
Note: Minor issues such as loose threads that can be easily fixed are not considered defects.

- Shipping receipt or label
- Clear photos of the received item

7. Return & Refund Process

- Our team will respond within 2–3 business days
- If approved, return the item using a trackable shipping method
- Send us the tracking number or return receipt
Important:
- Do NOT return items without confirmation
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments
8. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which are non-refundable.

- Funds typically appear within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank
